TIER Mobility is Europe's leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds. TIER wanted to launch in the region, beginning with the UAE. Dukkan Media was brought on board to help TIER understand the region’s culture at a deeper level and launched their main campaign for the year. The cultural insights generated resulted in Dukkan Media creating a creatively innovative campaign that the TIER team described as “The best work we’ve ever done. This will get us in trouble with other markets for not being able to create something as powerful.”


R/GA is an international innovation consultancy headquartered in New York, which helps brands grow by enabling them to change. Fast. Recently, RGA has acquired an international B2B Fintech client that wants to enter the Saudi market with a digital B2C offering. We were brought on board as the regional cultural consultants to provide insights on people’s relationship with money and banking, the culture of saving, spending, lifestyle and overall behavior in relations to money so that RGA design develop and build the brand, allowing for their client to enter the market authentically and effectively.


Nike decided to communicate with the UAE’s basketball community for the first time. To do so authentically, they required the tools and vernacular to communicate and nurture the UAE basketball community, so we developed an in-depth Culture Guide. The Guide supported and lead in speaking to, nurturing, and growing the basketball community in the UAE.


Muse is a luxury loyalty program app by Chalhoub Group, which launched in the UAE & Kuwait in 2019. As it plans to expand into the Saudi market in 2020, we were tasked with providing insights on the affluent Saudi consumer.

We identified the psychographic audiences and conducted an in-depth research into their culture, lifestyle and behaviors using our unique methodology, supplemented by our experience and contacts in The Kingdom.


VICE Arabia wanted to create podcasts that spoke directly to the young generations of the Middle East in an authentic, original and effective way. We created two Arabic podcasts for the media powerhouse.

  1. أزياء ولكن (Fashion But…). A edutaining podcast about sustainability fashion that incorporates street culture and fashion to educate the youth about sustainability

  2. جا دورنا (It’s Our Turn). An enlightening podcast by Gen-Z for the world, to own their narrative and worldview to shed light on what their lives look like, their hopes and dreams of the future, and the world they operate within.
